What value for money! Thank you, Genser, for making our recent trip to Kerala one to remember. You managed to strike just the right balance between doing too much and just enough. We returned home after feeling much relaxed. However, we had seen a lot and enjoyed every minute. All the arrangements were spot on: the polite and friendly driver, the comfortable hotels, the tranquil houseboat experience, and the delicious food, the amusing and informative guide for our short tour of Cochin, and above all a warm welcome from everyone we met. We would highly recommend the experience to others.

Munnar – Surely why Kerala is called a God's own country. The miles of tea interspersed by large rocks were almost prehistoric in stark contrast to the lush tropical forests of the lower slopes. We stayed in the Tea County which is a comfortable hotel set in lovely gardens.

Thekkady – Well, we didn't see any tigers, but the elephant ride and the wonderfully entertaining tour of the spice garden more than made up for that. The delicious lunch with the charming Cirac and Dolly in their home was delightful. We stayed overlight at Lake Palace Hotel. It is wonderfully relaxing and very comfortable.

Alleppey – There is quite literally nothing to do, but watch the world slide by. The houseboat was a unique experience even for my teen age kids. With no TV, we enjoyed the evening of cards, listening to music.

Cochin – This is somewhere we would love to revisit. We only had a short tour, but took in the main sights. I would love to spend more time exploring the backstreets.

Cherai – A chance to relax in comfort before flying home. Beautiful beach & peaceful gardens.

Everyone involved has been extremely courteous and helpful. Our driver Mohan, although little English, did his very best to help us in his own way and make us feel comfortable. Perhaps, rather too much travelling, but we appreciate Kerala is a large state! We would definitely recommend Genser Holidays to our friends.

The driver was excellent. He understood all our needs and made the tour really enjoyable. More in-depth local experience would be good. For instance, adjustments were made for us to catch a movie, which is an everyday experience for the locals. Such options could be extended to perhaps bus rides or in auto rickshaws. The flexibility of the tour operator was truly commendable and made our staff albeit a short one, very memorable and enjoyable.

Overall a good tour, Would recommend Genser to our friends.

Hi Santhosh and Naveen, first of all let me say thank you to both of you for a job well done. We enjoyed the trip very much. As for the driver Saji, he was gem of a guy, was very helpful, and gave us all the assistance that the folks needed. In future when we come to India again, I will surely use both of you again, and my thanks to Saji as well.

Overall administrative function of GENSER – GOOD. Boathouse accommodation – excellent BUT tourists had to walk carrying luggages for about 200 mts to the pier. – very inconvenient. Dear GENSER, I will come back with my family and friends in the near future. Hope the above mentioned short comings are ironed out. Bye bye.

Thank you and VJ for your hospitality, it was great to finally visit your great country! I should acknowledge my stay at Kovalam. It is a place to stay and I like to make it as my permanent holiday hole whenever I come to India .

The overall stay and tour around Kerala was excellent, especially as it was the first trip to Kerala for my wife and kids, who don't speak Malayalam. My wife is a Maharastrian. Our driver Suresh was simply superb, he became more like a family member and we thoroughly enjoyed his company. We would certainly want to have him back as our driver when we come back for tour next time. As mentioned earlier, a very satisfying tour and would recommend this to our friends.

The trip was well organized. All the locations and hotels were good. The driver Mr Mohan was very helpful and courteous.

We express our sincere thanks for all the arrangements made for us during our holiday which we enjoyed thoroughly. It was organised to a nicety with little or no hiccups throughout and got me refreshed....I'm back to the busy working schedule after the refreshing trip...which was nicely arranged, covering the maximum locations possible in those 7 days and we also were left with ample time to venture ourselves to some locations which we felt worth visiting. I also recall the efforts rendered out by our driver Ricky in Singapore who doubled up as a guide.....a really nice man.... I am recommending Genser to everyone who would like to have a nice getaway...

Overall a great trip and great experience. Madhu was an excellent driver and guide. Overall the hotels were good, there is a better hotel in Thekkady that could have been booked, but no complaints even then. Your overall management of the tour was excellent. The houseboat cruise was the icing on the cake. Keep up the good work, thanks a ton for helping us make this a memorable trip.

Stay at Tea County was excellent. Kumarakom – the serenity and ambience was awesome. Driver's communication skills were excellent. He was very co operative and very patient enough in his handling. We would recommend him to be "the driver" for the tourists. Overall a great experience.

Very interesting tour. Well organized. Some more info about Kerala & Kuttanad backwaters on the boat.. that will make the boat cruise even more interesting.
